Is it possible to disable the continuously looping logs (e.g. YOLOv4t tick) in Neural Network examples?

Yes, it is possible.

Navigate to “Tools” -> “System: Multimedia”.

To view only video logs, select Video/OSD logs only. Otherwise, choose Disable all to turn off all logs.
